These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Green Clean Removals.

By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes

Quotes provided by Green Clean Removals are based on the information supplied by the customer.

Final prices may change if the details of the job differ from those originally provided, including:

• Additional items

• Increased waste volume

• Difficult access

• Additional labour requirements

• Changes to the agreed service

We will always discuss any significant changes before completing additional work.

2. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability.

We ask customers to provide accurate information about the items being removed and any access requirements.

3. Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property or location.

Additional charges may apply where access is significantly more difficult than expected.

Examples include:

• Restricted parking

• Long carrying distances

• Narrow stairways

• Difficult access routes

• Please make sure all pets are safely secured.

4. Items We Cannot Remove

We reserve the right to refuse removal of unsafe, illegal or hazardous items.

This may include:

• Chemicals

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Explosives

• Dangerous substances

• Items requiring specialist disposal

• Biological Waste & Needles

If your removal includes any prohibited items that we cannot dispose of, we will either return these to you or this will incur an additional fee.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before the work begins.

Payment must be made using the agreed payment method.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please provide 24 hours notice, otherwise you will incur 50% of the total booking fee.

Cancellation charges may apply where work has been scheduled or resources have been allocated.

7. Waste Disposal

Green Clean Removals aims to dispose of waste responsibly and where possible recycle or reuse suitable materials.

Waste is handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• Items are safe to remove

• Access is available

• Any important or valuable items are removed before our arrival
